This includes individual psychotherapy, EMDR sessions and psychoeducational and process groups for issues related to: 

• Mood and anxiety disorders
• Attachment and relationship issues
• PTSD and complex trauma
• Addictive or compulsive behaviors 

These services are frequently recommended when a person's emotions or behaviors are getting in the way of their functioning in a significant way.  

Personal and professional intensives can focus on a variety of issues, including everything from personal growth to burnout resilience to trauma resolution. Intensives are individually tailored to your specific needs, and can include insight-oriented discussion and reflection, mindfulness exercises and somatic interventions including meditation and movement, and other experiential activities. These intensives vary in length as well, ranging from hours to over the course of several days. They can be held onsite at Living Refuge, or at a location near you.

From live didactic courses to experiential workshops to online group meetings and self paced classes, we at Living Refuge strive to meet the mental health needs of our community in varied formats.
