At Living Refuge, our philosophy is simple: We believe you already have everything you need to live a life of satisfaction and joy. We view wellness as a dynamic, ever-evolving state, encompassing not just the reduction of suffering but the presence of vitality, purpose and resilience. We believe tending to the mind, body and spirit from a place of deep compassion is the way to uncover our path. We are committed to using the most innovative, scientifically driven tools to help you return to and stay on that path, and to achieve profound and long-lasting wellbeing.
The journey to uncovering our path is as unique and evolving as we are. To that end, we offer compassionate, client-centered treatment services tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Beginning with an initial intake assessment, we work collaboratively with you to create a wellness program that may include the following: traditional psychotherapy, group therapy or classes, therapeutic intensives, mindfulness-based interventions, psychedelic integration, support groups and somatic interventions. We also offer professional consultation groups for mental health and wellness providers.

This virtual gathering offers a gentle, trauma-informed introduction to mindfulness. Through guided meditation, teaching and group reflection, we’ll explore practices that cultivate presence, self-compassion, and a sense of safety in the body. Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking a supportive space to deepen your practice, this class provides simple, accessible tools to help you navigate life with greater ease and awareness. Offered every fourth Thursday of the month.

Through guided preparation, ketamine medicine session, and intentional integration immediately following, this event offers an opportunity to deepen self-understanding and healing in community.

Mindfulness-Based Consultation Group for Mental Health Professionals, beginning January of 2026.
The group meets via Zoom on the third Tuesday of each month — January 20, February 17, March 17, April 21, and May 19 — from 8:30–10:00 AM (EST). This five-month series offers a steady, reflective space to bring clinical questions, complex or ethically challenging cases, and the realities of navigating professional and personal life as a mental health provider.
