You’ve learned how to function. But have you stayed connected to what makes you feel alive?
Many of us know how to keep going. Fewer of us know how to truly flourish. You may be successful, capable, and deeply committed to the people in your life, yet still find yourself feeling depleted, disconnected, or simply going through the motions. This experience was created for people who are ready to pause, ask better questions, and reconnect with what matters most.

Lasting change rarely comes from one intervention alone.
The way we think, move, eat, sleep, connect, work, and make meaning all shape our wellbeing. Rather than searching for a single solution, we’ll explore how these pieces fit together—and how small, intentional changes can create meaningful shifts over time.
This experience is built on the belief that understanding the connections between these parts of ourselves creates a more compassionate and sustainable path toward living well.

Over six months, you’ll receive:
• A comprehensive integrative wellness assessment
• Personalized feedback and a roadmap for growth
• Monthly virtual gatherings
• Ongoing community connection
• Guided reflection and practical experimentation
• Midpoint and closing integration sessions
• Optional New Year's retreat experience with other participants
Duration: August 2026 – January 2027
Format: Monthly virtual gatherings, personalized assessment process, and ongoing community support
Group Size: Limited to 8–12 participants
Assessment Period: July & August 2026
Optional Retreat: ChoZen* | Tentatively January 1–4, 2027
*Retreat participation is optional and not included in program tuition. Dates and location are subject to change.
